Terms of use

Last updated: ⟦date certified by the club⟧

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

This website is operated by the club ("the club"), whose legal details appear at the end of this page. These terms cover browsing the site, creating and using a Fan ID, and buying match tickets here. Using the site means you accept them. Each purchase is governed by the version shown at the time of payment. The privacy policy and the refund policy form part of these terms.

2. Fan ID

Sections 2–5 apply once the club enables Fan ID and ticket sales on this site.

  • You sign up with a mobile number and a one-time code sent by SMS. One number, one Fan ID. There is no password.
  • You may set an optional 6-digit PIN, usable only on a device that has already passed an SMS check (remembered for 90 days). Five wrong PINs lock the account; only an SMS code unlocks it.
  • Keep your phone number and signed-in devices safe: anyone who can read that number's SMS can reach your Fan ID and tickets. Tell the club before you change or give up the number, or its next owner may be able to sign in.
  • A sign-in lasts 30 days. The club may suspend accounts used in breach of these terms and will give a reason on request.
  • ⟦Minors — see section 9 of the privacy policy⟧

3. Buying tickets

  • Tickets are sold by zone, without seat numbers ⟦D2 — club to confirm⟧. Price, discount, fee and total are shown in full before you pay, and the total shown then is the total you owe; later price changes do not apply.
  • Selected seats are held for ⟦S2-Q4: … minutes⟧. Unpaid orders expire and the seats go back on sale.
  • Payment is handled by our payment provider (Opn Payments) via PromptPay ⟦and cards once enabled⟧. The club never stores your card or bank details; the payment provider receives them directly.
  • One Fan ID may buy up to ⟦S2-Q4: … tickets⟧ per match. ⟦T6: child tickets / free entry for small children⟧
  • Tickets are issued as a QR code on the website under the Fan ID that bought them. They are not emailed. ⟦Printable? — club⟧
  • Receipts / tax invoices: ⟦D4 — club to specify⟧

4. Using a ticket at the stadium

  • One QR entitles one person to enter once, for one match. Every entry is recorded; re-using a scanned QR is misuse of the ticket. Do not share a picture of your QR — whoever holds it may enter in your place.
  • Tickets carry the club's digital signature. Altered or home-made tickets do not work, and the club may take legal action.
  • Transferring a ticket through the system ⟦is not available at launch — opens with S4⟧. Resale above face value ⟦club decides: prohibited / allowed⟧.
  • Visitors must follow the stadium regulations of the club and the competition organiser ⟦link or text — club⟧. Offenders may be removed without a refund.
  • Refunded or cancelled tickets are revoked; their QR no longer works.

5. Cancellations, postponements and refunds

See the club's refund policy. Fixtures may change on the order of the competition organiser or public authorities; the club will announce changes on the website ⟦and by SMS⟧ as soon as possible.

6. Website content

  • Text, images, crests and videos belong to the club or to those who licensed them to the club. No commercial copying without permission; sharing links is fine.
  • Partner and opposing-team logos belong to their owners.
  • Results and league tables come from the competition organiser's data; the club shows them as received and they may contain errors.

7. Prohibited use

  • Trying to sign in with someone else's number, or guessing another person's code or PIN
  • Using automated tools to buy tickets, request codes, or scrape the site in bulk
  • Forging tickets or interfering with the system
The club rate-limits code requests and sign-ins, and may suspend accounts or orders involved.

8. Liability

⟦Standard wording — to be certified by the club and its legal adviser⟧ e.g.: the club refunds ticket money under the refund policy but is not liable for travel, accommodation or other costs caused by a cancellation or postponement. The site may be unavailable for maintenance or due to events beyond the club's control.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Thai law. ⟦Competent court — club⟧. The Thai text is binding; this English text is provided for convenience ⟦club to confirm⟧.

10. Changes and contact

The club may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version, and material changes are announced on the site. Questions: use the contact details at the end of this page.
